What if I find out when I move in that the accommodation doesn't match the description?

We've also thought of this, and our lease agreements have been drawn up with such situations in mind.

If you find out that the accommodation doesn't match the listing description provided at the time of the reservation request on our platform, it's possible to withdraw from the rental agreement in accordance with Article 3, Point 1 of the General Terms and Conditions.

The withdrawal is possible until 20:00 on the day after the handover of the accommodation (or after the beginning of the rental period).

In this case, we'll refund you the entire first rent as well as the reservation and service fee. We'll also reimburse you for up to 7 days of alternative accommodation.
