Can I set different rental prices based on the number of people in the apartment?

No, you cannot. In the current version of the My rentals app, we do not allow landlords to price their rentals differently based on the number of tenants in the apartment. As such, the set prices must always reflect the maximum capacity of the apartment, including the estimated utility costs and the commission for Flatio.
