The apartment is located on a lower ground floor. It is well maintained, fully furnished and equipped. It consists of six single rooms, 3 bathrooms, fully fitted modern kitchen with all appliances. Kitchen is fully furnished - oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates etc.
Each room is bright and sunny, each room is lockable and equipped with a bed , wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair. The garden practically comes into your room. If you feel like it you can even grow your own herbs just behind your window:)

You will be living with friendly and easy going people - young student/professionals (20-30 y.o.)

Excellent public transport: nearest subway station – Metro Wilanowska (4 minutes walk) and multiple buses and trams (tram/bus stop is 1 minute walk).
Walking distance to shopping mall Westfield Mokotów and Mokotow office centre (so called Mordor).

Top location: close to city centre (just 10 minutes by Metro) but also close to several parks, and various nice events like Targ Śniadaniowy ( Breakfast Market) each Sunday just 2 minutes walk from the apartment from Spring until late Autumn. Staying here you can enjoy fast connection with Warsaw's center (and other parts of the city ) by public transport, but still you can stay in green and peaceful Mokotów, one of the most desired to live areas in Warsaw.

We are only 4 minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk from tram stop in Puławska street, walking distance to the Mokotow office centre i(so called Mordor) and to Westfield Mokotów shopping mall. Excellent location, easy connection with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well communicated with schools and universities.

Regular cleaning of shared parts of the apartment is arranged by the owner and is free of charge, however please note all tenants are expected to participate in maintaining day-to-day cleanliness in the flat. Everybody is expected to clean after each use of a bathroom or a kitchen, so that your flatmates may also use a clean space, just like you would like it to be left for you.
This is a quiet building, no loud events or organizing parties is allowed here, so that everybody may rest at home. Only tenants sleep in our rooms, which means that all potential guests must leave the building before 22.00.
