You can comfortably host dinners for four, and still have enough room to spread out on the couch and watch a bit of Netflix on the flatscreen TV. Situated on the bottom floor, you’ll have quick access to the street level via a short flight of stairs, and can easily find a perfect brunch spot just around the corner, or a bar to grab a drink in during the evenings. The master bedroom is the epitome of luxury, with a plush mattress and duvet over a double bed frame. The bathroom features dedicated facilities for both bathing and showering, perfect for freshening up in the morning or soaking away the day in the evening. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

As you’re so centrally located, you’ll be able to get anywhere in the centre of the city either on foot, by tube (via Gloucester Road’s Piccadilly Line), or by Taxi and Uber. You’ll never be short of local amenities to enjoy, though, so whether you want to stay local or travel further afield, this is the ideal place for you.
The home is located on the basement level of its flat block, so you’ll be able to access the main entrance via a set of outdoor steps. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
