It has been a good experience overall.
It could be considered small but It's better because you haven't to spend so much time to keep it clean and tidy.
No communication problems with landlord.
The apartment has got everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The only negative feedback is about flat neighbor: some people were missing some good education/behavior.
(I think It's a common rule to try to don't disturb other people, but this family decided to run through the corridor 10 times per day or even night, without any respect for other people.
Of course this kind of stuff can happen everywhere.
Disregarding this, the aparment is very quite).
Neighborhood
Generally speaking, It's a good and safe place.
It has been a surprise seeing children to return back their home from school alone, I think it's a sign of safety of this place.

NorthWest of the apartment there is a big park and in summer time there is a pool.

I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed my time. The location is great — close to the airport, shops nearby, and the train station is a 3 minute walk. The landlord was also very helpful and nice. :)

Bardzo dogodnie położone mieszkanie w samym centrum Warszawy. Łatwość zaopatrzenia w produkty (sklep "Żabka w tym samym budynku); dostępne miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym; wiele sklepów i lokali usługowych dostępnych w niewielkiej odległości. Bardzo dobre połączenia komunikacją miejską. Przestronne 3 pokojowe mieszkanie, w pełni wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty i akcesoria. Doskonały wybór jako alternatywa dla pokoju hotelowego (przestrzeń vs cena); możliwość samodzielnego gotowania itp. Położone przy ruchliwej ulicy ale przy zamkniętych oknach dobrze wyciszone.

Милая и уютная квартира, но стены тонкие (слышал как соседи ходят по коридору). Сдают квартиру не за ночь а за день, я тут вообще запуталась, но как-то разрешилось.

Есть рынок и торговые центры недалеко от дома. Также ходит транспорт: автобус, трамвай и электричка. Кафе и пиццерия также в шаговой доступности
