Extremely helpful and caring for our needs. We we missing a couple of things that we forgot to bring and Vasco came and brought them without we even having to ask for it (just because we commented it with him).
The flat is fantastic and close to the Metro (about 10m walking)! It has lots of sun all day long and it was exactly what we needed on this winter break! Fully equipped and quite modern. Highly recommend it!
