New 2 bedroom apartment in Mouraria

Cátia is a wonderful landlord! I lived in this apartment for a little over 5 months and loved it. The space was newly renovated when I moved in, so there were a few things to figure out as the first tenant. Cátia was very available, always quickly responded to my questions, and provided assistance. She is also generally a very kind person, and I'm very glad to have met her :)

Neighborhood
The apartment is in Mouraria right on the border of Graça. It is very close to many yummy restaurants and bakeries as well as Cerca da Graça, some of the best views in Lisbon, and many of Lisbon's key sites. The apartment has an amazing view of Castelo São Jorge.

Mouraria and Intendente are home to a large south Asian community. Graça is quite young and international with many long time Portuguese residents as well.

Praça Martim Moniz is very close to the apartment with is good for transit but can feel a bit dodgy at night. Late at night I typically took an uber home rather than the metro.

In general I really enjoyed my time in the area.
