Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.
Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Zawsze 30 dni do przodu. Niezależnie od tego, czy wprowadzasz się na początku, czy w połowie miesiąca, płacony czynsz zawsze pokrywa 30 dni, które po nim następują. We Flatio "miesiąc" zaczyna się zawsze w momencie wprowadzenia się i nigdy nie będziesz płacił kilku czynszów w tym samym czasie.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

I absolutely recommend to stay at Monikas place! I stayed there for 4 months during my exchange semester and was very happy to have found such a calm and nice place. The room is pretty big, it is placed in a very safe neighbourhood with a good tram and bus connection (only 3 stations by bus to go to metro line A). Also, taking an Uber is pretty affortable, so it really is not a big thing not to be in the city centre. Monika was always very helpful and I enjoyed spending time with her. Thanks Monika!! :)

The rooom was very comfortable, in a quiet and residential part of the city, and the apartment had a good connection to the rest of Prague through public transport. Monica was also a very friendly and helpful landlady! Overall I found it to be ideal for students!

Monika is super friendly and hospitable. She is also very helpful if there is anything you need, she will go out of her way to help. The location is quiet and residential, a little bit out of the way of the bustle of the city but close to transportation.

Monika is a very friendly and helpful person. Her flat is really well organized, clean and cosy. It is well connected to the city center -by day and by night- even if it is located in the suburbs of Praha. I wish I could have stay more there, I definitely recommend it !
