In a quiet location in the villa district of Prague 6 - about 4 minutes walk to the Dejvická metro station, I will rent a student room. The kitchenette is part of the room, only the bathroom and toilet are shared, which is available for the next room on the floor, where a young, decent working man now lives. View of the garden (south side). The apartment is equipped - see photo. The apartment includes, among other things, a refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave, new induction cooker, all dishes, clothes dryer, ironing board, iron, bedding. Great location (metro, all amenities in the area, 10 minutes to the center, 25 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to the train station). Another advantage is the sports field in the street - see photo. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed in the apartment... The apartment is suitable for 1 person only.
DISADVANTAGES: older equipment in the apartment.
ADVANTAGES: close to the university, airport and city center.
Only for students or young workers under 35 years of age.
IMPORTANT:

Byt byl v naprostém pořádku. Bylo uklizeno, přesně jako na fotkách. Majitel je velmi hodný, komunikace byla bezchybná a jednoduchá a pan Miroslav byl ochoten vyjít vstříc se všemi požadavky. Byt je opravdu dobře umístěn. Dostanete se za necelých 10 minut jak na tramvaj tak i na metro. Byl to velmi příjemný pobyt, takže doporučuji všem, co hledají pěkný byt a příjemného nájemníka:)
