A comfortable room featuring exposed stone walls and a barrel-vaulted ceiling, located within the "VOLTE E PIETRE" co-living residence. It includes a double bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room opens onto a courtyard, which is also shared by the "LE STELLE" and "IL TUFO" apartments. (Please note: this room does not include a living area; the courtyard is a shared space, and there is no kitchen.)
The room overlooks a courtyard complete with a swimming pool, a barbecue, climbing lemon trees, and a garden bed filled with aromatic herbs.
The entire "VOLTE E PIETRE" residence is a co-living property comprising four apartments and one additional room: "LE STELLE," "IL TUFO," "IL NIDO," "LA BOTTE," and "LE TRAVI." It has been renovated in accordance with strict green-building standards while honoring the traditions of the Salento region, and it is thoughtfully furnished and equipped down to the smallest detail. Shared amenities include "LA CORTE" (the courtyard), which features a swimming pool, a barbecue, a washbasin, a large table with chairs, and a lounge area shaded by a pergola—complete with electrical outlets—all framed by climbing lemon trees, various other plants, and an aromatic herb garden. On the first floor, there is a "ROOF GARDEN" with four flower-filled terraces; one of these is equipped with a shaded patio and a private lounge area reserved for the "LA BOTTE" apartment, while another houses a laundry area.
Located in the heart of the village, the residence faces a large square that hosts a local market once a week (on Wednesday mornings), featuring various stalls selling eggs, fruits and vegetables, flowers, fish, bread, clothing, haberdashery items, and more. In the same square, you will find a well-stocked supermarket, two bars, a bakery, a post office, a drinking water dispenser (offering both still and sparkling water), and a refueling station for electric and gasoline-powered vehicles. Restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, various shops, and other amenities are just a 10-minute walk away. The villa features four fully equipped kitchens, complete with dishwashers, refrigerators, and ovens. There are seven bathrooms, all equipped with showers, handheld showerheads, and other standard fixtures.
The property is located 7 km from the stunning seaside of Pescoluse (known as the "Maldives of Salento"), approximately 30 km from Gallipoli and Maglie, about 60 km from Lecce, and roughly 100 km from Brindisi Airport.

Ci siamo trasferiti da poco per stare vicini alle nostre figlie e ai nostri nipotini, e abbiamo deciso di trasformare la nostra casa in un'oasi di benessere per smart worker, immersa nella cornice unica e rigenerante del Basso Salento. La struttura è stata completamente ristrutturata in bioedilizia per offrire il massimo livello di salubrità, bellezza e comfort. È il luogo ideale per lavorare da remoto e, nel tempo libero, lasciarsi ispirare dalla luce, dal mare cristallino e dalla natura incontaminata di questa terra meravigliosa. Il nostro obiettivo è far sentire ogni ospite accolto con amore e profondo rispetto. Amiamo la natura e gli animali, ma per ragioni di spazio e per tutelare eventuali ospiti con allergie, possiamo accogliere soltanto animali di piccola taglia.
