Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

The flat is a short walk from the center of Ponta Delgada. We walked to the farmers market, restaurants, shops, museums, botanical gardens and the harbor/marina.
We had several meals at Bar da Caloura. Great location on the water serving the best fresh catch of the day. I would also recommend Lapsa Garden for a unique farm-to-table experience overlooking the ocean.
