Villa Garden features a private heated saltwater swimming pool, perfect for enjoying throughout the year, as well as pleasant outdoor areas where you can relax and enjoy your surroundings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay. The house also offers all the essential amenities to make you feel truly at home.
🔑 For your convenience, self check-in is available. The key is securely stored in a lockbox, allowing you to access the property easily and independently.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
