Right at the doorstep, private parking spaces are available within the gated condominium.On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a hall that opens into a generous living room with a fireplace, cable TV, fibre Wi-Fi, and a dining area with sea views. This floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. The highlight? A private terrace with open sea views, a barbecue, wooden sun loungers, an outdoor sofa, and a large handcrafted dining table — both the table and loungers brought from Paraguay and made from Amazonian wood — with direct lawn access to the shared pool and garden.Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm). Two bedrooms have sea-view and terraces, and one of them includes an en-suite bathroom. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Basic principles of Flatio lease agreement

Transparency and simplicity. We are the only operator in the market to offer a single lease agreement for everything.

Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.

Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
