To help guests make an informed decision, we'd like to share a few important notes before booking.
• A neighboring house approximately 20 metres from the villa is currently in the final stage of construction. While the area remains generally peaceful, occasional daytime construction noise may occur. To reflect this, we have already applied a special discounted rate.
• For stays of 28 nights or longer, the monthly discount has already been applied. To make your long stay comfortable, the following are included: Fresh linen and towel change once per week, 38 liters of drinking water (gallon bottles) provided every two weeks, one cooking gas cylinder provided at the beginning of your stay.
• As this is a private residence located within a local community, we kindly ask guests to respect the villa, neighbours, and surrounding environment.
• Please help us separate organic and non-organic waste during your stay, as the local waste collection service accepts sorted rubbish only.
