Welcome to a 120 sq.m. charming, sun-filled country home in the peaceful village of Chomatada, just outside Pylos and only 10 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in Messinia.
The house is located in the quiet village of Chomatada:
• 10 minutes by car from multiple beaches
• 12 minutes from Pylos town
• 15–20 minutes from Costa Navarino
• Close to Gialova, Voidokilia, Methoni, Koroni, waterfalls, hiking paths, and local tavernas
The property is fully independent and offers complete privacy. You get the best of both worlds: privacy and nature, while being very close to everything.
