The Home:
Haiku River House combines minimalist Japanese design with modern conveniences. The open-concept living area features large windows overlooking the Potomac River, allowing natural light and river views to fill the space. Relax on comfortable seating while watching the sunset or streaming on the smart TVs in every room. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker, making it perfect for home-cooked meals.

Entertainment options include a Peloton bike for fitness enthusiasts and a Golden Tee arcade for casual fun. A dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi is available for remote work, video calls, or study. House Rules & Safety:

No smoking inside the property (strictly enforced, $750 cleaning fee for violation)

No parties or events allowed ($500 fee for violations)

Quiet hours are enforced to respect neighbors
