And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

The neighborhood was incredible, surrounded by green mountains and rivers and a quietness we had never seen before. It is a wonderful getaway to forget about the city life, to be submerged into nature and to engage with super friendly inhabitants of the village. We went with our children and the people reacted super welcoming towards them, frequently gifting us with extremely sweet fruit (figs, grapes, kakis, mandarins, etc) from their own gardens and backyards. Our experience was truly unforgettable!
It can get pretty cold in the fall as the winter months approach, but Maria was so helpful that she bought us a dryer for our clothes, since with the humidity they were unable to dry. She fetched for all the needs we had while living in her property, and carefully kept in contact with us to make sure we were helped in whatever necessary. When we met her and her husband in the beginning, they even drove us to the neighboring village to show us the people and the businesses and to get us acquainted with the area. They are truly lovely people and Janeiro de Baixo is a truly captivating place! It stole our hearts! We highly recommend it!
