Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including Internet connection and utilities, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. . There is a couple things I’ve noticed about the apartment that I’m going to mention .. There is a bit of a smell. Coming up from the shower drain (But only If you do not use the shower for a day or 2 ), I’m assuming has to do with a P-trap not being installed properly (or not at all), but has nothing to do with the landlord, and more to do with the mechanicals of the building.. I noticed this when I went to Germany for several days and then returned , and also as just as I moved into the place ..However, but as long as there is daily water going down the drain, there is no smell…. And , Also, the vent for the stove is on a stainless steel drawer that you pull out. And then the fan comes on ……and I noticed that someone probably must not have known this ,and steamed the cabinet above the stove a bit I’m just mentioning this, so it doesn’t happen again. There is no switch. It comes on when you pull it out.. I have 20 years design and building residential spaces and these are the kinds of things I notice… hopefully it is helpful.

You're in a great spot! The neighborhood is clean, quiet with great cafes everywhere. Public transportation is a 2-5 minute walk depending on which you take ...metro or tram.
There are 2 nice parks nearby and it's about a 25 minute walk straight down the main street to the National Museum and Wenceslas Square and the Old City. The metro nearby takes you there in 5 minutes
