Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including Internet connection and utilities, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Pisnice are really pleasent part of Prague with good connection to city centre. It is a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood. There are a lot of opportunities for long walks.
Apartment is cute, functional and humidity is easy to control if windows are opened regularly.

Calm suburbs, close to nature. A bit far if you need to go to the city center often. A great opportunity to explore the big Vietnamese market nearby and eat some delicious food there.

Bytovy dum je umisten jednu ulici od hlavni silnice, takze hluk od aut k bytum nedosahne. Hned vedle je fotbalove hriste, kde obcas odpoledne probihaji treninky, ale jinak je tam naprosty klid
Urcite bych doporucila prochazku Modranskou rokli a navstevu cukrarny Viktoria.

V okolí je krásná příroda, vstup do lesa, dětské hřiště, nedaleko restaurace, bowling, kavárna a cukrárna. Zastávka MHD 5 minut od bytu.
Určitě bych doporučila vietnamské tržiště SAPA.

Flat is fully furnished and equipped with all required house hold/kitchen items.
It has a small balcony and a big football ground at front.
One can move into the flat with just with clothes rest all is there.
