The best gastronomy in the city: Very close are El Asador Donostiarra, Mesón Txistu, Casa Juan (any of the three very frequented by footballers), La Maquina is right in front (known for its nursery and Asturian haute cuisine menu), La Cantina (owned by the same owner as La Maquina, it is more like a tavern although deep down there is also a restaurant with delicious specialties that you cannot miss), Portobello (sea cuisine) is about 3 min walk, Taberna Ocafú (Galician cuisine, stands out its famous Betanzos omelette), about 5/6 min walk, the Cabo do Mondo Restaurant is great (ask for Soraya and say that you are going on our side, they will surely have attention with you. It has private rooms downstairs). The area also has numerous Asian and Latin restaurants or terraces and bars to have a delicious aperitif.

Culture: Taking a 7/10 minute walk you can visit the Park and the Canal Foundation, which has impressive exhibitions, music and theater cycles. Before arriving, stop at the famous golden Obelisk of Santiago Calatrava to take a typical photo between the sloping Torres Kío and the Cuatro Torres in the background.

Shopping: It is an ideal area for your purchases .. A 7/8 minute walk is the Castellana 200 Shopping Center with Media Markt, HM, SuperDry, Movistar, Bimba and Lola ... About 15 minutes walk is the Orense-Azca shopping area , more than 50 national and international fashion firms and with the largest El Corte Inglés in the city distributed in 4 buildings.

Fairs and Congresses: Also about a 15-minute walk to the south is the Palacio de Congresos (with its famous mural by Joan Miró).IFEMA buses arrive a 5-minute walk from our building, near the Meliá Castilla hotel.

Sport: We are 10/15 minutes walk from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, temple of the Real Madrid Football Club with its Museum (the second most visited in Spain) and its Shopping Center where the Official Store of the team stands out.

The Courts of the Plaza de Castilla and the Family Courts are 10 and 5 minutes away on foot, respectively, to the north.

The Hospital City of La Paz is 5 min by car, the Hospisuch Ramón y Cajal is a little later, 10 min. There is direct communication by bus from Bravo Murillo street.



HOW TO MOVE

Communications:- BUS.- More than 10 EMT bus lines pass through Sor Angela de la Cruz, Castellana and Bravo Murillo, connecting with the four cardinal points of the city. Also the night bus, which runs when the metro closes, passes a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

- METRO.- There are 2 Metro stations very close:- Tetuan (Line 1), is the closest and connects with the historic center. Any of the exits will take you directly to Infanta Mercedes 61 which is on the corner with Sor Angela de la Cruz.- Cuzco (Line 10) is a 3-minute walk away, you will walk along Calle Sor Angela de la Cruz.

- EXCHANGER.- The Plaza de Castilla Interchange, which is 7/8 minutes walk from the apartment, connects the intercity bus lines that access Madrid through the Burgos A-1 road and the M-607 Colmenar road, Metro lines 1, 9 and 10 and several EMT bus lines. It also has a rotating public car park with 400 spaces.

- TRAIN.- Chamartín Station is 1.9 km (3 Metro stops) or walking about 20/25 min. It offers both commuter train service to the north of Madrid as well as long distance services. It has a shopping center, gym, restaurants and car rental offices.



TO CONSIDER:-The check-in after 8:00 p.m. carries a supplement of €25.

- Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the terms of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your booking.- Smoking is not allowed in the whole building.

- Please do not make noise after 10pm.

- In the home it is forbidden to have parties, celebrate events, drink excess alcohol, use drugs, play loud music, throw things out the windows, yell on the stairs or in the hall and any improper behavior that may be annoying. The owner reserves the right to call the police in case of scandal and complaint from neighbors.

- The total or partial sublease of this property is totally prohibited.

- Inside the building and the apartment, filming and audiovisual productions of any kind and dissemination are prohibited without the express written authorization of the owner.

- The guest will be responsible for the electricity consumption through the proportional payment of the bills for the duration of the reservation.

- When you arrive at the accommodation you must pay a deposit of € 1,000 by credit card, it will be refunded upon departure in the same medium, before 14 days of your checkout date.

- Do not throw objects, cotton, compresses, wipes, etc. to the toilet. Any traffic jam due to misuse will be paid by the guest.

- For hygiene, take out the garbage every night in a closed bag to the community container, except on Sundays. In addition, there is a garbage room in basement 2 open 24 hours.

- Please use the extractor when cooking and keep the filters clean to avoid bad odors (they can be put in the dishwasher).

- Do not forget to always leave the house with the keys. In the event that locksmith expenses are incurred, they will be borne by the guest.

- If the guest has lost the keys outside the home, or if they were stolen, they will have to pay the locksmith's expense and the replacement of keys.

- Please use the water and light only when you need it. We appreciate you turning everything off before leaving your apartment.

- The guest expressly accepts that failure to comply with these rules may lead to the eviction of guests and cancellation of the reservation without any refund of money.-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 30€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.
