Our guests will have access to the entire flat, which has a personal touch all over the place, so you can feel home away from home.
It was completely renovated and decorated and is fully catered for your stay with everything you might need.

Apartment:
Make yourself comfortable in our ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms. 1 bathroom, closet, living room, kitchen in a spacious 90 m2 with a private garden in the back.

The apartment is ideal for mid and long-term stays, provided with:
- All services included (water, gas, electricity) except cleaning/housekeeping.
- Complimentary wireless 1Gb Internet access to keep you connected,
- Clothes: bedsheets, pillows, towels, duvets, blankets and other set to replace the first one;
- The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, induction stove and oven, washing machine and dishwasher plus all the most common kitchen appliances.
- 1 bedroom prepared for a couple, the other for 1 child. Ideal for couples with a kid, just couples, or solo adventurers.

Perfect apartment for remote working and to enjoy the local Lisbon culture and lifestyle. Although we don’t live in the house, we will be always available and reachable to give directions and indications about the best places to visit, eat and enjoy Lisbon.


Neighborhood description:
Popular for Lisbon families and young professionals away from the most touristic central areas. You'll find all kinds of services, grocery stores, bakeries, cinema, parks and nice, trendy coffeehouses.

The apartment is 5 minutes’ walk from Areeiro metro station (green line) and 20 minutes’ walk from Lisbon downtown. You can also pick a city bike (docks are 1 min away).

If you want to visit outside towns like Sintra, Ericeira, Cascais you also have the train station 5 minutes away by walk.

- no smoking inside
- the apartment must be left in good condition
- quiet time is from 23:00 until 08:00. Neighbors must be respected.
- paid parking: 8 Euro per day (24 hours)
