This lovely central 2-bedroom apt on the 3rd Floor without elevator in the building is the perfect choice for those who want to stay in the downtown and have a typical Lisboner experience! Clean bed linens and towels will also be provided for your stay! Here following you can check a detailed description of the apartment’s features:

Living Room: a bright living room with a comfy sofa, a large TV, two windows and decor items.

Open Plan Kitchen & Small Dining Space: it is fully equipped with everything you need - from cooking utensils to modern woven - to prepare your favorite meals. Begin your mornings with a hot coffee! There's a coffee machine for your disposal. Ah, no need to worry about washing the dishes. Let the dish washer do it for you!

Washing & Dryer machine are at your disposal in the apt. Although there is no central heating, there are also two portable electric heaters available.

"1" Queen-bed bedroom: composed of a queen-bed size with very comfy mattress and pillows to rest after a sightseeing day. It is furnished with a stylish decor items as you can see on the pictures. Let the sunlight enlighten you! There is an ample window to bring natural light into the bedroom!

"1" Bunk-bed bedroom: composed of a bunk-bed suitable for two people with comfy mattress and pillows to rest after a sightseeing day. There is a window to bring natural light into the bedroom! 2nd room might be converted into a Work Office with wardrobe / dresser if guest prefers.

"1" Bathroom: composed of 1 shower, 1 toilet and a bathroom countertop with a mirror.

Guests have exclusive access to the apt & its amenities once the entire apt is booked.

Additional Apt Information:
Apt is located in a very narrow street very hard to park where only residents (who have a special authorisation) can park. The building also has very steep stairs, so be prepared for some work out :)

. Information for Nacional Immigration and Borders Service (SEF). Information about your identification will be required, please provide them to your hosts. It is required to all foreign citizens, whether they are from Member States of the European Union or Third Country Nationals.
. Late check in (10 pm on) has an extra cost of 20€. (If the additional late check in fee is applied, payment is due on the check-in).
. Mandatory Checkout Cleaning Fee: 45€ /cleaning
. Tourist Municipal Tax: 2€ per person per day upon the 7 first days of your stay
