Hanging from the cliff, The Cliff House is a unique accommodation that is located in the northern area of ​​Tenerife with more hours of sunshine per year. Its panoramic sea views from its two terraces (one external and one internal) are simply breathtaking and extend across the wide Ocean to the Teide. Recently renovated and decorated with a marine and modern aesthetic, The Cliff House is a haven of peace, well connected and culminating with an impressive swimming pool open to the sea.





The space

The Cliff House is designed specifically for guests who are not only looking for accommodation, but to live a unique experience. As the name implies, the apartment hangs off the cliff and nothing separates its guests from the immense Atlantic Ocean. Therefore, to move the guest to the sea, The Cliff House is carefully decorated with a marine aesthetic (sailor capes, lanterns, etc.) with island reminiscences.

Starting from the outermost point, we find small stairs that lead us down to a small but cozy private terrace where you can enjoy the sun in privacy or have a drink at sunset, while watching the sunset on the horizon. From there you can see how the sun is reflected on the sea surface and, in the distance, a small fishing village crowned by the majestic Teide, which can be seen with total clarity on the clearest days.

On a level higher than the outside terrace, we find an interior 'terrace': with large windows, maintaining the views and two swivel chairs that hang from two sailor ends. In them, guests can immerse themselves in reading, have a pleasant evening conversation or swing with the soft murmur of the sea and the breaking of the waves.

Next, the spacious living room-kitchen opens, with an unusually high ceiling and equipped with a cheslong sofa bed, flat-screen TV and bluetooth stereo with mobile connectivity. In addition, for meetings of busier friends, swivel armchairs can be oriented towards the living room creating a unique leisure space.

The kitchen, open to the living room, completes the space and is fully equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc.). It has a large island-dining room, made in a single piece of a unique veined granite, from which guests can cook, if they wish, with the blue of the sea in the background.

In a separate area we find the double bedroom, with abundant natural light and spacious closets available to guests. Finally, we find a diaphanous bathroom next to it, with a careful selection of materials and an open and spacious shower.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located on the Sauzal coast, in the area known as 'El Puntillo del Sol'. It received that name for the way in which the sun moves on the horizon until it crosses the line of the sea that can be seen from the area and for being the area of ​​the north of the island that records more hours of sunshine per year.

The accommodation is perfect for those travelers who want to continue enjoying the climate of Tenerife without suffering the large agglomerations of the south of the island.

In the same building we find a pizzeria with one of the best pizzas on the island (thin and authentically Italian dough) and in which we can order food to take away (and enjoy them on the terrace of the apartment). In addition, a few meters away we find a German restaurant (Ferdis Restaurant), with a terrace, where you can also have a beer when the afternoon falls.

A few meters away, by car or hiking, we access the Costa de Rojas, a recently arranged coastal promenade that runs through a relevant part of the northern coast. In addition, at the end of the walk, almost at the foot of the houses above, we find magnificent natural swimming pools in which to cool off.

The apartment is also perfect as a starting point for the best attractions on the island (taking advantage of the easy parking in it):
