Fully Equipped Kitchen: This includes a induction plate stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and a variety of cookware (pots, pans, baking sheets), utensils, cutlery, glassware, plates, bowls, and mugs. Often, hosts also provide essential items such as dish soap, dishcloths, tea towels.
Comfortable Living Area: This includes sofa, chairs, a coffee table, television with cable or streaming services, and possibly a dining area with a table and chairs.
Bedrooms with Fresh Linen: Bedrooms should have a bed with a comfortable mattress, pillows, fresh linens (sheets, pillowcases, and blankets), bedside tables, reading lamps, and possibly a closet or wardrobe with hangers. Extra blankets or pillows can also be provided for added comfort.
Clean Bathroom: Bathrooms should be clean and equipped with a toilet, sink, shower and/or tub, a mirror, and a cabinet for storage. Basic toiletries such as toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and a hairdryer is provided. Clean towels (bath towels, hand towels should also be readily available.
Laundry Facilities: there is a washer and dryer in the unit.
Climate Control: this includes air conditioning and instructions on how to use these.
Wi-Fi: High-speed internet access is provided, with the network name and password available upon arrival.
Safety Measures: This includes things like fire extinguishers. Emergency contact numbers are also be provided.
Parking: If the accommodation free outside parking, details on where and how to park is provided.
Upon arrival, everything will be clean and ready for use. The tenant also receives a tour or a walkthrough of the property to familiarize them with the space and answer any initial questions they may have.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
