Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including Internet connection and utilities, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. Not at the moment
The second stop of the airport shuttle bus, Astoria M, is a mere 2–3 minutes walk from the apartment, making it very easy to access, even with heavy luggage in tow.
The building, and especially the inner courtyard, are very beautiful, and there's a well-known café on the first floor that adds to its charm.
As for the apartment itself, the living room faces the main street, so you can expect some traffic noise. However, it was never loud enough to be a bother. The bedroom, facing the inner yard, is pleasantly quiet.
I also have to mention the landlord, who was always kind and quick to respond to any issues or questions I had. It made my stay all the more comfortable.
A bustling neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. Supermarkets are all within a short walking distance, as is the Danube river.
If you decide to stay here, I highly recommend checking out Gelateria Pichler Fagyizó for the best chimney cake in Budapest. It's just a minute's walk down the street.
