Looking for a modern, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Budapest?
Look no further than our cozy apartment in the Corvin Quarter, one of the most vibrant and historical districts of the city.

The apartment is bright, quiet and has a balcony overlooking Üllői út, one of Budapest's main access routes from the airport.
The Corvin Plaza shopping centre and the Corvin promenade are within walking distance, with many shops, cafés and restaurants.

Our 54 m2 one-and-a-half bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and patinated building.
The living room has huge windows, a pull-out sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and air conditioning. You can store your clothes and personal belongings in a spacious walk-in closet.

The spacious bedroom with a balcony has a double bed with an extra comfortable sleeping mattress, a study area, separate air conditioning and a private in-bed TV. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and machines such as fridge, microwave, air fryer oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.

If you like wine, we have a separate wine fridge! The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer.

The apartment also has super fast business internet, reliable wifi and cable TV.

Our apartment is ideal for foreigners who want to explore Budapest and its culture, as it is well connected to public transport. The Corvin district metro station is just a minute's walk away, and from here you can reach the city centre, the Danube and famous sights in less than 15 minutes. You can also take tram No. 4 or No. 6 on the Nagykörút, which stops at Ferenc körút and can be reached on foot from the apartment in one minute.

The apartment can be rented for shorter or longer periods, we are flexible with the terms of the contract.

As opposed to what was promised, there is no balcony in the apartment.
Be ready to live on the loudest street in budapest, with ambulances and police sirens every 10 min.
All of that with a host that lies to you (the 'smart ac' is just a way to make sure you are not enjoying it too much), and also treats you like a child (frequent house inspections).
Be ready for lack of privacy with an unmentioned common area (there is a picture, yes, but very ambiguous and without a word of description).
