Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the offer, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including Internet connection and utilities, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. You are staying in the middle of the Jewish quarter with all the bars and clubs nearby. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a backyard, so you do not get the noises from the street. The only thing that can be a little bit annoying is the neighbours if they party until the morning.
Belli di Mamma is a wonderful pizza place nearby.
Dorado Café is perfect to have one's breakfast.
In the AntikPlacc you can buy all the necessary groceries.
All those places are within a minute's walk away.
Close to a lot of things, close to a bar, but you don't hear anything.
Budapest is beautiful, I just really recommend Budapest in general
