And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including Internet connection and utilities, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover.

Additional convincing fact is the breathtaking view, personal parking space in the underground garage and safety of this place including the building manager downstairs. The neighborhood is mostly offices, so it is safe and not that crowded. The are a lot of parking spaces available, coffeeshops and restaurants are right next to the building. The bus stop is 5 min walk what is very convenient.
