The Algarve country side with beautiful sea views, beautiful sunsets and sunrises and pure nature.
The perfect heaven if you want to work, relax or enjoy a home away from home with fibre broadband and a co working space.
There are 3 other houses in the property, two outdoor cats: Oscar & Kiki, a friendly dog: flora and a real community feel.
The pool is shared with 2 other houses: a two bedroom house and a 4 bedroom house.
The house is old, we recently installed a fire burner to make it more cosy for the winter

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.

Sara was helpful every step of the way. The room was beautiful with lots of amenities. The pool was nice too. Have cash on hand for the local restaurants.
Neighborhood
The apartment is part of a larger house with multiple living spaces. None of the other apartments interfere with your stay as they each have a private entrance. We had a friendly next door neighbor we'd occasionally see. There are 2 friendly cats and a dog. The cats might come in if you let them. They are hoping for treats. If you give them one they will leave eventually but expect them to come back every day for more.

Restaurante Costa do Sol was a nice spot with friendly staff and pretty good seafood. Fuseta is a nice little town with some good food. Sara recommended to us a little town that has a beach where you can walk out to an island when the tide is low. I don't remember what it was called but it was beautiful and had a restaurant with some of the best seafood we've ever had. Ask Sara about it.
