Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

People say bad things about Andel and Smíchov as being dodgy areas in Prague, but I'd disagree. I've lived in London all my life and I didn't once feel unsafe or uneasy in the neighborhood. It's very safe and easy to get into the center.
There's a Zabka which acts as a corner shop nearby, but I'd recommend a short 15 minute walk to the Lidl. There's a climbing gym near by, and you can take a 3 minute tram into Andel where they have everything you could need, including a huge shopping center and a huge tesco. There's a market there on Fridays too.
