Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

The apartment (oriented to the courtyard) is clean, sufficiently equipped and with a working wifi connection. The house has a quiet environment and living with other tenants in the house was problem-free.
The house is conveniently located near the center. There are many shops, restaurants and shopping centers in the area. Excellent transport connections (tram, metro, bus) too.
I can't assess the safety in the area late at night. During the day, it's regular city life.
I would recommend visiting Budapest Zoo, Buda Castle, Madame Tussauds, New York Café, and a cruise on the Danube along with a stop at Margaret Island.
Our host was wonderfully welcoming, kind, and always available to answer our questions.
The location of the apartment couldn't be better: close to everything, from shops and restaurants to monuments and the famous thermal baths. The apartment itself was spotless, clean, and very well equipped.

Well located, typical and easy to access
Its in the heart of the city. It's very close to the main roads but just outside of the nosy area so it is a great balance if you want to be close to the party but sleep at night.
Every tourist place is very close to it. Parlament, Bazilika, Citadell.

This neighborhood of Budapest is nice, close to downown but not overly touristy; there is also a diverse selection of restaurants to eat, and cafes to work online from, within a 20 minute walk
I like the area around Nyugati station, and the Westend mall, many places to work from and eat out, all in a few hundred yards radius.
