The space:

Welcome to my bright and comfortable apartment, located on the third floor of a beautifully restored historic building with a lift. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests.

It features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.

The living room is a bright and tranquil space, ideal for relaxing or working. It includes a large sofa, a flat-screen TV, a generous work desk, and a dining table for four. Two small balconies open to the main street, filling the room with natural light throughout the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, gas stove, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and complete kitchenware and tableware.

The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (150×190 cm), while the second bedroom includes a queen-size bed (135×190 cm). Both rooms are bright and include closet space for clothes and luggage.

The bathroom has a bathtub and comes with toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) and a hairdryer.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

Stay connected with high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or leisure.

For your comfort, the apartment also has an air-conditioning unit (hot/cold) and fans.

Other important aspects:- SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).

- For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter.

- The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
