Incredible 2-bedroom apartment in Ruzafa, Valencia’s trendiest neighborhood. Cozy restaurants with sunny terraces, art galleries, and shops are all within walking distance, and the city center is close enough as well.

Tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, it has everything you need to enjoy a longer stay if you are coming to Valencia.

The space:

My home is located on the third floor of the building with no elevator, and it can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (150 x 190 cm) to ensure a good night’s sleep.

A second bedroom has a trundle bed, which becomes two single beds (90 x 190 cm). Please note that when the lower bed is pulled out, the room becomes narrow, so the apartment is more comfortable for only 3 people.

Both bedrooms offer access to Juliet balconies overlooking Pintor Gisbert Street (where the apartment is located).

The open-plan living area includes a 3-seater sofa and a flat-screen Smart TV, a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, and a fully equipped open kitchen, where you will find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, cookware, and tableware.

The bathroom features a shower. Complimentary toiletries are provided, including shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and a hairdryer.

Fresh and clean towels are also provided for use in the apartment.

High-speed WiFi (fiber optic, 100 Mb) will allow you to stay connected or get some work done, if needed.

The apartment is also equipped with an air-conditioning/heating system, with one split unit in the dining area and two more in each bedroom.

Other important aspects:- SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).

- For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter.

- The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
