And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The apartment is very central, within walking distance of the central area.
The place was nice and clean.
It is facing the road, so can get noisy with traffic and pedestrians, which necessitated closing the window and putting on the air conditioning unit.
Very central. Lots of restaurants and eating places in the area. 5-10 minutes walk to the Metro line (Trindade), which will take you directly to the airport for about €2.90 (May 2026).
