Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The living room was a great place to relax with a large round table and sofa. The kitchen was well equipped with the latest appliances, including a dishwasher. The fridge was also large and perfectly kept cold.
The location is also very convenient, right next to the LX factory. There are large supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and plenty of public transport nearby. This makes it easy to get to the city centre.
Fabiano and his wife were very kind and lent us a hairdryer and gave us a bottle of their recommended wine. They are definitely a great owner couple and we would highly recommend this property for your stay in Lisbon.
The surrounding area is a great place to stay, with plenty of shops, parks, public transport and excellent markets.
LX Factory is recommended.
A visit is a must, especially on Sundays when the LW Market is held.
Cons: The apartment is on the top floor which means you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to it. There were also some small issues in the bathroom. There was an infestation of ants coming through to the apartment from behind the bathroom door. I was able to resolve it myself for the remainder of my time there but it is something to keep an eye out for. Also the bathroom door has a loose handle which can fall out if you pull on it. It wasn't resolved while I was there but hopefully it will be for the next tenants. Thirdly the dog downstairs is very loud and barks a lot during the day . Something to consider for those working from home.
