The apartment has airconditioning installed, so you can cool down the apartment during warm summer days, or heat it on chillier days.
You will be staying less than 1 minute away from the main attractions of downtown Portimão, you can enjoy the local sweets, go to a show at the theater, or simply enjoy an ice cream on the Portimão riverside as you take your walk. With access to the city's main transport, less than 15 minutes from the beach, you can spend your stay embedded in the local community. The apartment is located in the city center of Portimão and very close to the riverside. You will be staying on the third floor of the building, so you will be able to enjoy the river views. There is an elevator to get to the 3rd floor.
There is an open kitchen/living room area that is fully equipped. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a single bed. In the bathroom, you will find a rain shower.
There is a washing machine, a dishwashing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a big fridge with freezer. So, it will not be a problem to feel right at home as we have all the necessities in place for you!

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

We stayed with my wife and 2 year old daughter. The house has good sound insulation, new and comfortable mattresses on the large bed and in the small room. Well organized space in the kitchen and everything you need for cooking. There is a small but modern elevator, where we and our folding, but rather large stroller fit easily. A high-quality air conditioner with a heating function.
I would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come back again.
