WELCOME TO OUR NEW HOME! Is in the quiet part of Žižkov. Tram just around the corner, 15 minutes ride to the center.
Flat has living room with kitchen, bathroom and lovely yard with sitting. You can smoke here. FULLY EQUIPPED - with some food.

GREAT LOCATION WITH MANY RESTAURANTS AND PARKS...
A short walk from the apartment are shops - Lidl and Kaufland or around the corner are two small shops. There's a butcher shop, drugstore, pharmacy, hospital, and even well enough to pubs;-).
The center is 15-20 minutes by tram number 9 - which travels every moment. (Even at night)!

In summer it is also available to our boat on the Vltava River - sailboats (with whom we do tours ...), evening barbecues and romance on the Vltava. Furthermore, the two paddleboardy ... for a bit of sport and adventure in the center overlooking the river!

Je mi 31 let, ráda cestuji...V březnu odjíždím na 8 mešíců do Chorvatska. Mám plachetnici na Vltavě v centru Prahy a miluji moře a oceány. Nevadí mi bydlet v autě, lodi, pod stanem...prostě minimalismus a punk trochu :-D.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
