Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Zawsze 30 dni do przodu. Niezależnie od tego, czy wprowadzasz się na początku, czy w połowie miesiąca, płacony czynsz zawsze pokrywa 30 dni, które po nim następują. We Flatio "miesiąc" zaczyna się zawsze w momencie wprowadzenia się i nigdy nie będziesz płacił kilku czynszów w tym samym czasie.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Rather quiet but with shopping facilities and good public transport connections. Many dog owners as well as young and older people live here.
It's a fairly typical neighborhood in Prague, close to Stromovka park.
One issue when I was here particularly is that they're doing construction on the main road. It seems to be going fast so maybe it will be done soon.
Excellent location — stromovka park nearby, small mall less than 5 minutes by foot (with Lidl in it and a food court), Albert store by the corner, multiple small Vietnamese shops available even at night, multiple cafes. C metro line 10 minutes from there, multiple tram stops, 2 train stops (one is “zastávka”, and one is “nádraží”). You can get to the city center in 10-15 minutes by tram or in 20-30 minutes by foot.
Landlord is very nice and cooperative, upon my arrival he told me how to get to basic things in the area, and when (unfortunately) closet fell with a TV on it (TV broke, obviously), he explained what is needed in order for him to apply for the insurance (which is included when you rent through Flatio). Overall raising - 10/10
Stromovka park is like 4 minutes from there, very big, with many ponds, small rivers, lawns and playgrounds in it, and a very cool raft to get on an island in one of the ponds (but in the 5 months I was there, I managed to get on this island only twice, it’s almost always occupied). And, another park I, unfortunately, discovered only in the last month of my stay — by getting on 26th tram in half an hour you can get to Divoka Šárka, which, in my opinion, is the best park in Prague - you can even go on a hike there, it’s just small mountain range inside of the city!
And if talking about closer things, than I really enjoyed coming to “book cafe”, which is about 5 minutes from this apartment
