Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Quite, but well located
The roomba and the mop with the in-built cleaning tank make for easy maintenance. Although the fridge may appear small, it fits a week's worth of groceries + other extras. No complaints about any of the other existing amenities - we personally bought only a desk from IKEA to accommodate our computers and some lamps to compliment the plants on the windowsill of the living room.
Anna herself has an amazing response time and is incredibly helpful. We were really fortunate to have her rent this apartment to us as she was happy to accommodate us arriving 2 days earlier than expected and us leaving a night before our last day all while occasionally checking up on us via Flatio and SMS all throughout our 3 month stay (:
It is a relatively big modern neighbourhood situated in Praha 4 behind the Vyšehrad castle and its' respective park. It is within earshot of both the Vyšehrad metro station (roughly 5~ minutes up) and a tram stop down the hill by the dock.
There is a highly-rated Indian restaurant and a sushi place on adjacent streets. Their home depot Bauhaus is a 20 minute walk up the hill, there's a Lidl and Tesco Express nearby, as well as a dog park that is always a joy to have a pastry in while watching the doggos.
Close to Vltava river and Vyšehrad castle. Well connected (tram stop 3 minutes from the apartment). I didn't feel unsafe at any point.
Vyšehrad castle (5 minutes walk), Restaurace Podolská Kotva (good food and nice staff). Make sure to walk up the stairs next to the building to watch the sunset - there's a nice park with a great view point on top of them.
