Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Zawsze 30 dni do przodu. Niezależnie od tego, czy wprowadzasz się na początku, czy w połowie miesiąca, płacony czynsz zawsze pokrywa 30 dni, które po nim następują. We Flatio "miesiąc" zaczyna się zawsze w momencie wprowadzenia się i nigdy nie będziesz płacił kilku czynszów w tym samym czasie.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, nice high ceilings and the rooms are quite large so for the 2 months that I was there you don't feel cramped at all. The bathroom is nice and modern and newly renovated, the kitchen has everything you need. The view from the apartment, just to the left you can see all of downtown Prague.
Communication with Tomas and his local help Viktoria was prompt and had no issues. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone planning to rent/live long term in Prague.
It's quiet, outside of the main square but within 5-10 walk to the main square. All grocery stores and shops are within 10 minute walks. Larger grocery stores are 15-20 minutes by bus. Everything you need is there.
Lidl is a close walk nearby for groceries but minimal selection usually. Kaufland and the big Tesco are 15-20 minutes by the "135 bus", the station is 5 minutes away.
Easy walk to old town
Steps away from Rigrovy Sady, Náměstí Miru.
Quick tram ride (or walk) to Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad for farmer's market and coffee shops.
Quiet street, building and neighbors.
The furnishings are fully adequate. We were pleased that the bed was larger than it appeared in the listing. The tub shower has excellent water pressure. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Thank you for a wonderful 6 week stay!
The stove was not working, owner fixed it on the second day. Light in the fridge was not working, owner promised to bring the new lamp, but didn’t do that. TV remote didn’t work, I told the owner about that, but he didn’t solve this problem.
And the most disturbing thing is computer chair, it was unbelievably old and dirty. It wasn’t represented on the photos on the Flatio.
The apparent is good, but not prepared for guests.

A short walking distance from the very centre of Prague, yet calm and boutique with lots of wonderful cafes and restaurants. It's kid friendly too, as there are 3 wonderful playgrounds close by.
Playground: at Vinohradská vodárna, Riegrovy sady and Františkánská zahrada
Cafes: Spižírna 1902, Truhlárna, Super tramp
Restaurants: The Dish, Pizza Amoni, Miska ramen, chlebíčky at Světozor
Krasna cast Prahy s kavarnami a obchody.
Farmarske trhy na Jiriho z Podebrad, Kavarny v okoli- Manesova ulice atd.
This area is very close to the city centre. Nearby only small shops to buy food, for the big ones you need to walk. Nearby a big nice park - Reigriovy Sady. Also, nearby a tram stop and a bit further a green line of the metro.
