Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. It is a quiet neighbourhood that is well connected ot the city via busses.
Klidné.
The neighborhood is clean, there are many families living in the area. There is a restaurant and two cafes within walking distances.

The building is recent and clean, neighbors are quiet. The flat itself has everything you need during you stay. Fridge, oven, hotplates and washing machine, tv and wifi work perfectly. The mattress of the bed is firm but still confortable, there are clean towels and bed sheets available.
The communication with Daniela for checking in and out was smooth, we had no problem during our stay so we didn't need to contact her for something else.
The only negative point we want to mention was the cleanliness : the flat needed a good vacuuming when we arrived, there was lots of dust and webs. And we also had to clean and declutter everything in the kitchen (cupboards, drawers, oven, kitchen hood, utensils and tableware...)
Overall, we had a pleasant stay here and will definitely come back if we have the opportunity.
