I am offering accommodation in a studio flat, 25m2 in the Eliska Tower, Prague with a nice view of Prague from the 13th floor. The studio is equipped with all the necessary stuff including bed linen, towels and dishes. The wifi is a matter of course. A parking spot in the underground garages belongs to the studio as well.

The building provides a fitness centre, cafe, beauty salon, massages, tanning bed and 24/7 reception.

In the surroundings there are all the public facilities. A great public transport - a metro/ bus/ tram station "Vysocanska" is only 5mins walk. There is also the nearest supermarket at the station. Those who like to enjoy fresh air can use a walkway along the river Rokytka.

I offer a short-/ medium-/ long-term rental as per the client's needs and a mutual consent.

Zdravím mé potenciální hosty! Jmenuji se Lucie. Původně pocházím z České republiky, ale poslední roky žiji v zahraničí. V současné době konkrétně ve Velké Británii. Pokud bych měla sebe a svůj život charakterizovat jedním slovem, bylo by to "Yoga", která je mou hlavní životní náplní. Byt pronajímám od května 2018 přes Airbnb. Asistuje mi při tom můj mladší bratr Petr, který se o byt stará a já zajišťuji komunikaci s hosty. Dle pozitivních referencí a dle toho, že nás Airbnb ohodnotilo jako "superhosta" soudím, že náš "tandem" je úspěšný.
