GOOD TO KNOW
INTERNET is for free with 20Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you. We will meet you in person at CHECK-IN and show you the apartment.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in nice, quiet, clean and exclusive area, just 12 minutes from the heart of city center. You can use direct metro to take you to the city center. Several good local restaurants and pubs are situated few minutes walking. Grocery store is 400 metres away, bigger supermarket Billa is around 1 km away. You will find nice Park Prosek very near the apartment.
HOW TO GET AROUND
The closest metro stop Strizkov is just 5 minutes by foot. It will take you to city center in 12 minutes. The nearest city bus stop is next to the apartment. If you arrive by train, you can take direct metro line C to stop Strizkov, it takes around 12 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line C as well to Strizkov, it takes about 10 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 55 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Transparency and simplicity. We are the only operator in the market to offer a single lease agreement for everything.

Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.

Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
