Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

El apartamento está situado en una casa histórica en el centro del pueblo pero totalmente reformada por dentro. Al lado de la casa hay una plaza donde siempre se puede aparcar y además tiene un supermercado y varios restaurantes próximos.
A los aficionados al senderismo les recomendaría hacer la "ruta del Jabalí" GR22 desde el lavadero situado junto al Hotel Berné en Manteigas hasta el Pozo del Infierno situado en lo alto de la sierra y donde están las cascadas en las que nace el río Zezere, el segundo río más grande de los que nacen en Portugal. La parte inferior de esa ruta también se puede hacer en bici de montaña para recorrer la ladera del valle desde Manteigas hasta Belmonte.
The apartment is located in one of the village houses in the center of the town but next to a square with easy parking. The village is completely safe; the only risk is getting run over by a sheep... :)
I recommend walking the village from top to bottom along the mountainside to explore its different neighborhoods, churches, traditional houses, and cobblestone streets.
