Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Zawsze 30 dni do przodu. Niezależnie od tego, czy wprowadzasz się na początku, czy w połowie miesiąca, płacony czynsz zawsze pokrywa 30 dni, które po nim następują. We Flatio "miesiąc" zaczyna się zawsze w momencie wprowadzenia się i nigdy nie będziesz płacił kilku czynszów w tym samym czasie.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area with a few bars and a shopping center nearby. It’s also not far from the Vinohrady district, where you’ll find cozy cafés, beautiful parks, and plenty of great places to explore.

Communication with Adela was very easy and fast.
Good transport connections to center/subway. 24 hour Tesco in 5 min walk.
There is sunlight during morning hours, afterwards need to use artificial lightning, which is very good though.
Very quiet - I heard very little noise, even duting the football matches nearby.
Suggestions:
1) Would be cool to have a microwave oven - to save electricity when reheating food.
2) Would be cool to have detailed printed instructions (e.g. which chemicals to use on which surfaces, which wipes to use) on how to deep clean the bathroom - we managed to do some very time consuming cleaning, but that was not enough.
