Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Walking around the neighborhood I felt very safe and I walked everywhere during the month I was in Budapest. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I never had any issues with noise which was great as I work from home. There is a cafe called Cube around the corner that has the best chocolate croissants ever (even better than Paris ;) haha!) Every Saturday there is a farmer's market, and a flea market afterward, a block away from the house. A few blocks away is Ocktogon which is a main square that has Starbucks, McDonalds, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. If you are looking for a closer train station, there is a train to go to the center and the thermal baths 2 blocks away from the apartment. Overall a great location!

The landlord is suuuuper nice. She answers quick and in case you need something, she helps you.
The flat is located in a lovely neighborhood. You are close to the party zone and you have it quite at night for a rested sleep. Supermarkets are around the corner. Also a local market. Or some cafés.
