This apartment is rented exclusively for temporary stays for vacation, tourism, or leisure purposes. It may not be used as a primary residence or for any other purpose (work, academic, etc.).
The booking will only be confirmed after approval of the documentation proving the vacation nature of the stay.
Prior to final confirmation, we will request the following documents:
- Valid passport or ID document.
- Travel itinerary or transport tickets clearly showing entry and exit dates.
- Document proving sabbatical leave, unpaid leave, or sick leave (if applicable).
- Valid tourist visa (for non-EU residents, when required for stays of up to 3 months).
- Certificate of residence registration or document proving habitual residence in the city/country of origin.
- Recent bank statements demonstrating sufficient funds to cover the stay.
- Signed declaration by the guest (we will send it to you for completion and signature) expressly stating that the use of the apartment will be exclusively for vacation/tourist purposes and will not constitute their primary residence.
Thank you for your understanding. These measures allow us to strictly comply with current regulations on temporary rentals for uses other than housing.

It has a strategic location next to las Ramblas and la Boqueria Market, just few steps from Plaza Catalunya.
The apartment has been recently renovated with modern and elegant style. It features 3 bedrooms, one complete bathroom and one toilet. Also, it has a large and bright living room with comfortable sofa, small balcony and dining table for 4. A few steps away is the fully equipped kitchen.
Ideal for families or a group of friends, it can accommodate up to 5 people.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Apartment is in a great location. Nice park, restaurants and grocery right outside the door. Just a short walk from most of the major tourist attractions.
Common areas of the apartment were well maintained. Wi-Fi worked great- no issues at all. I was even able to connect outside at the park. This made working remotely very easy.
Apartment was overall as advertised. Adequate furnishings and kitchen items. Air conditioning worked well. We had linens and basic cleaning items as well.
Only a few minor complaints. Lots of wear and tear was visible in the apartment - cracks in paint, stains on the floor, etc. We had two situations when we blew a fuse and had to switch it on. One occasion there were sparks from an outlet. We also had some difficulty connecting with the landlord to get a replacement key. We got it but it took longer than we expected (nearly a week).
One other note- we had difficulty finding the apartment initially. Our cab dropped us at the wrong location. We tried to call the landlord but they said we were in the right spot. It wasn’t until I contacted the individual who was meeting us that I learned we were in the wrong spot. I should have provided a cross street to the cab driver.
Neighborhood
Nice neighborhood with a park and restaurants right outside. Close to many tourist attractions and public transportation but this doesn’t feel like a totally touristy area. I would definitely stay here again. I felt it was safe and a good place for kids as well.
