Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

The apartment has a good location: the city center is really close and there are shops, frutaria, cafes, and pharmacies in the area. The apartment windows overlook the courtyard, so it is very quiet
There is a self-service laundry on the R. do Bonjardim if you'll need to dry your washed clothes quickly. The closest shop is Pingo Doce. A good cafe for everyday lunches is "Linos Marquês". Also, there is a Chinese shop called "Loja do XU Super Bazar" with lots of useful things (trolley bags, stationery, household chemicals, closes, phone chargers, etc.). A good frutaria with low prices is on Rua de Costa Cabral 76.
