Beautiful apartment for 4 people recently renovated and in the best area of ​​the city.
The space
MARQUES FLAT is an apartment with capacity for 4 people. This charming apartment is located right in the center of PORTO, next to the famous PLAZA DO MARQUES and its GARDEN
The apartment's privileged situation means that you can walk to all the most important attractions: the apt is located at STA CATARINA STREET just are just a few minutes' of the pedestrian zone of the street whic is the most important commercial street in town.just after sta cataria street you will find the BOLHAO MARKET.cross the street towards the most important boulevard in town;AV ALIADOS.This avenue as in one end the beautifull town hall and at the other the iconic TRAIN STATION S.BENTO
This apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Porto unforgettable:
It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, and another one with 2 single beds.each room has its own private bathroom.
The Living room has dining table, sofa , flat screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses and cups.

We are a young and dynamic couple with good taste and an international lifestyle. I work in interiors design and enjoys while working closely with some designers representing them and helping them market their work. We have heard great things about Nomadx and have decided to try this out. We are very easy going, and like to keep ourselves busy with travel and fun experiences. i am fluent in , Spanish, English and some French and hope that this will be useful to all our international guests when in need of advice or tips in Porto. We are always available to extend our local knowledge to the many wonderful people who have stayed with us .

The apartment contains everything you need even for a long-term stay: furniture, kitchen staff, etc.

The apartment has a good location: the city center is really close and there are shops, frutaria, cafes, and pharmacies in the area. The apartment windows overlook the courtyard, so it is very quiet

Recommended places nearby
There is a self-service laundry on the R. do Bonjardim if you'll need to dry your washed clothes quickly. The closest shop is Pingo Doce. A good cafe for everyday lunches is "Linos Marquês". Also, there is a Chinese shop called "Loja do XU Super Bazar" with lots of useful things (trolley bags, stationery, household chemicals, closes, phone chargers, etc.). A good frutaria with low prices is on Rua de Costa Cabral 76.
