Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Prague 1 is a nicely located place as it is in the center of Prague. There are many stores and restaurants close by. It is well served by public transports. And it has a lovely historical center a few minutes walk away.
I would recommend visiting the historical center, walking near the river and the bridges, and the park such as the Letna park. I also recommend the Museum of Communism, only 5 minutes away from the accomodation, and Kampus Hybernka for a drink.
Super location, closed all shops, trams and a subway station.
Palac Dhoula is right around the corner and has a number of small places to eat, we love the open faced sandwiches at Sisters Bistro.
Close enough to the city centre but quiet enough to rest comfortably.
Right in the city center, a couple of blocks from the most famous square. It has many clubs and restaurants nearby, but the apartment remains quiet!
