The building is ideally located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, public transportation, and local attractions. The apartment was clean with plenty of kitchen amenities and cleaning supplies. Luis was very friendly and provided helpful local information and recommendations.

Can’t say enough great things about my stay at Luis’s place. The central location was ideal for my 2.5 month stay in Lisbon. The flat was perfectly set up for remote work, monitor included! Luis was very responsive and attentive when needed, which was much appreciated. Grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops all located within a 5-10 minute walk. The flat was equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Many thanks to Luis for making it a great stay. Highly recommend!

Really great flat, we lived and worked there for 5 weeks and had no issues. It was a good size for a couple and had everything we needed! The desk and monitor was a nice addition and overall we felt at home here. Luis was a brilliant landlord, very communicative, fast to respond and gave us lots of helpful advice.

Neighborhood
It's a great street with lots of charm, nice restaurants and cafes and generally a lovely atmosphere. There is a mini-mercado and a big Pingo Doce less than 5 minutes away which is ideal. Also a stones throw to Martim Moniz and Rossio so public transport is good, although we mostly walked everywhere. It's so centrally located but doesn't feel like it at all due to the street it's on being just away from all the busy part of town.

Tasca Baldracca for good food and a fun vibe! O Ninho does good brunch & coffee. O Corvo is a good sun trap and the places around it are highly rated although we didn't manage to fit them in. There's a fado place too which is always vibey and we had a nice drink there. Quattro Testo for great cocktails. Lama Lo for delish falafels. A Loja Azul is just generally a really nice shop. Boutique Taberna has cool live music most nights and is a good place to grab a beer and sit on the steps. Union is really cool empanada place painted by the artist from the Wes Anderson films. And finally Leitaria Moderna is a little authentic Portuguese coffee/pastelaria which is popular with the locals and a good place to practice your Portuguese interactions which is important if you're living here for a while! There's other places too which look nice that we didn't have time for and we have a reservation (in July as it's so booked up) for O Velho Eurico which is
just round the corner and apparently amazing. Worth trying for a walk in as we had some friends who managed to get a table without a booking after waiting for a while.

The apartment is well-located, right in the heart of Lisbon's tourist attractions. Everything is easily accessible from this location: two subway stations, numerous great restaurants, and cafes serving the best coffee. The owner is very kind and accommodating. My wife and I needed extra space for our clothes, and the owner promptly brought in an additional closet to the apartment. Additionally, the WiFi was perfect, which was essential for our needs during the six months we spent there.

Central apartment with all of the amenities needed for a stay of a few months. Handy desk & monitor workspace with good, reliable WiFi for remote work. Friendly, proactive hosts. Would come back!
